Washing dishes

Who has helped/mentored you through your career?
Every individual I have worked with has helped shape who I am today. Some of my earlier mentors have passed and I carry their sports with me.

What has been the highlight of your career?
Working all over the planet and bringing those experiences and lessons home to New Mexico

What is one thing you would tell young people entering the hospitality business?
Very few things that are worthwhile are also easy. You are only as good as your last plate.

What are your favorite places to visit in New Mexico?
Exploring the back roads and wildernesses with my beautiful wife!
