Getting to meet and take care of so many people.

If you work for the company, what is the best part about working there?
Our staff… we have a very low turnover; our staff are dedicated service and culinary professionals – we are like a big family striving together to make sure all of our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of in our home whether in our restaurant, with the catering services we provide or the special events we serve food and/or bar service for at the El Zocalo Plaza in Bernalillo.

What makes this organization stand out from the rest?
We are always looking for ways to raise the bar to improve upon our consistency in providing great service, high quality food/beverages and giving back to the communities that have been so supportive of us for so many years.
