Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

If you have questions before the event, please contact our office at 505.506.8624. During the event, you may approach the registration table and speak directly with a conference volunteer.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

You can transfer your event ticket/registration to someone else jjust contact us!  Please remember that if you make your change close to the event, name badges may already be printed.  The registration booth will be able to print one at the event.

Can I update my registration information?

Email us your change and we'll fix it.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?


What is the refund policy?

A full registration fee will be refunded if the request is made by Dec 30, 2016. A 50% refund is available if the request is made by Jan 13, 2017. There will be no refunds after Jan 13, 2017. 

Is the venue handicap accessible?


Is there parking at the hotel?

Eldorado Hotel and Spa only offers valet parking.  Hotel Guest are charged $24 or the prevailing rate per 24-hour period.  Any attendee NOT staying at the hotel will be charged a daily parking fee of $12 and is subject to parking availability. 

Will you be selling tickets at the door?

If we have not sold out, we will sell tickets at the door; however, payment is due at that time.  We will not agree to send an invoice.
