2019 Trends FAQ


Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

If you have questions before the event, please contact our office at 505.506.8624. During the event, you may approach the registration table and speak directly with a conference volunteer.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

You can transfer your event ticket/registration to someone else just contact us!  Please remember that if you make your change close to the event, name badges may already be printed.  The registration booth will be able to print one at the event.

Can I update my registration information?

Email us your change and we'll fix it.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not. Once registered, you will be accounted for and included on our attendee list when you arrive for the event.

What is the refund policy?

A full registration fee will be refunded if the request is made by Jan. 4, 2019. A 50% refund is available if the request is made by Jan 18, 2019. There will be no refunds after Jan 18, 2019.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

 Yes. For more information about hanidcap accessible conference space and guest rooms, please contact La Fonda on the Plaza.

Is there parking at the hotel?

La Fonda on the Plaza does feature a parking lot, though space will be limited. There are a variety of parking structures and open lots around the Santa Fe Plaza. Please visit this link to learn more about parking around the Plaza.

How many days is the event?

The program and agenda for this year's event covers one day (Monday, Jan. 28). Monday will feature the Legislative Reception, hosted by the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce, the full TRENDS program along with the NMHA Annual Meeting, and the ACI Business Day in Santa Fe. Last year (2018), the Annual Legislative Reception took place the evening before TRENDS. This year, we moved the TRENDS program up one day so we could host all three events together on a single day for attendee's convenience.

Will you be selling tickets at the door?

If we have not sold out, we will sell tickets at the door; however, payment is due at that time.  We will not agree to send an invoice.
