You can transfer your event ticket/registration to someone else just by updating your order information with the new attendee's information. Click here for step by step instructions. Please remember that if you make your change close to the event, name badges may already be printed. The registration booth will be able to print one at the event.

A full registration fee will be refunded if the request is made by Jan 15, 2016. A 50% refund is available if the request is made by Jan 29, 2016. There will be no refunds after Jan 30, 2016.
Eldorado Hotel and Spa only offers valet parking. Hotel Guest are charged $24 or the prevailing rate per 24-hour period. Any attendee NOT staying at the hotel will be charged a daily parking fee of $12 and is subject to parking availability.
If we have not sold out, we will sell tickets at the door; however, payment is due at that time. We will not agree to send an invoice.
