Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

If you have questions before the event, please contact our office and speak to Khanh-Thy Gonzales at 505.506.8624. During the event, you may approach the registration table and speak directly with a conference volunteer.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

You can transfer your event ticket/registration to someone else just by updating your order information with the new attendee's information.  Click here for step by step instructions.  Please remember that if you make your change close to the event, name badges may already be printed.  The registration booth will be able to print one at the event.

Can I update my registration information?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?


What is the refund policy?

A full registration fee will be refunded if the request is made by April 22, 2016.  A 50% refund is available if the request is made by April 29, 2016. There will be no refunds after May 6, 2016. 

Is the venue handicap accessible?


Is there parking at the Las Cruces Convention Center?

Onsite parking offers 350 paved spaces and over 100 spaces of overflow parking with easy access to the building. Additional overflow parking is located a short walk from the building.

Is there parking at Hotel Encanto?

Yes, complimentary parking

Will you be selling tickets at the door?

If we have not sold out, we will sell tickets at the door; however, payment is due at that time.  We will not agree to send an invoice.
