Being able to be with Isleta Resort & Casino for the past 13 years. Starting from a line employee to being a restaurant manager.

I love green!

What is one suggestion or piece of advice you would share with young people entering the hospitality/tourism business?
Have a good work ethic and love what you do. Treat everyone as you would want to be treated.

What is your favorite New Mexico travel experience?
The beautiful view of the mountains, fresh air, history, culture and outdoor experience of Ruidoso, New Mexico.

What is your favorite quote or piece of inspiration?
Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough.

What does being a finalist for the Top HAT Awards mean to you?
I am pleased, honored and humbled to be nominated by my management team and peers of Isleta Resort and Casino. Being a Top HAT Award finalist is worth all the challenges and successes that I have had to overcome throughout the years. This has inspired me to become an even more successful leader not only for myself but for my staff and Isleta Resort & Casino.
