What is your favorite part about the event/attraction/experience?
Built as a movie theater in 1926, the Rio Grande Theatre was a place where families created memories. My favorite part about is seeing grandparents taking his grandkids to our kid’s matinee and hear when they tell them “I meet your grandma here” or “I used to sit in this same chair when I was your age,” to me that proves the theatre will always continue to be the heart of Las Cruces.

What does being a finalist mean to you?
Being a finalist is priceless. Visit Las Cruces is a small team and when we took over the theatre, we put a lot of effort into creating a program that the whole family can enjoy. Winning will be a dream that came true!
